带冠叶栅碰撞振动特性的有限元分析

摘  要:以自带冠叶栅碰撞实验台带冠叶片为研究对象,利用三维设计软件Solidworks和有限元分析软件ALGOR分别建立了自带冠单叶片、成组叶片的三维实体模型及有限元模型,通过有限元仿真计算,研究了带冠单叶片的动力特性;分析了冠间间隙大小、冠间两侧间隙实际约束情况、激振力大小对自带冠叶栅碰撞减振效果的影响规律。研究结果表明,具有间隙结构的自带冠叶片的碰撞振动具有典型的非线性特征,间隙大小以及叶冠间隙对称与否对其减振效果的影响较为显著,这些结论对自带冠叶栅的结构设计具有一定的参考价值。The shrouded blades of integrally shrouded cascade impact test - fig are taken as the research object, the 3 D solid models and finite element models of the single blade and grouped blades are respectively established in 3D design software, Solid works and the finite element software, ALGOR in this paper. By means of finite element stimulation, the dynamic characteristics of shrouded single blade have been researched. And the influence laws of such parameters as different primary clearance in tips, constraining conditions of actual clearances and amplitude of exciting force on impact damping effect for integral shroud cascade are analyzed respectively. The results show that impact - vibration of integral shroud blades with clearance structural have the typical nonlinear characteristics, meanwhile, the clearance size and symmetric case of blade shroud clearance have a significant influence on damping effect, which provides certain reference value for structure design of integral shroud cascade.
