摘 要:给水中溶解氧的存在,是导致电厂热力设备腐蚀的重要原因,严重影响了机组的安全运行。为了降低给水中的含氧量,就必须对其进行除氧。喷雾-淋水盘-水下鼓泡形式除氧器作为性能上相对优化的热力除氧器,进行除氧模化实验后的数据分析结果表明,其除氧效果有了显著的提升。同时,该类型除氧器的鼓泡形式和鼓泡用蒸汽(热水)热量比例均可根据含氧量水平、负荷变化情况等因素进行灵活调节,既能改善深度除氧,又可节省能源。The dissolved oxygen of the feed water is a very important reason to cause the corrosion of thermal equipments in power plant, which seriously affect the safe operation of the unit. In order to decrease the dissolved oxygen in the feed water,we should decrease the dissolved oxygen content of feed water. The spray-tray-bubble type deaerator improve performance of the deaeration compare with other normal deaerator, the data analysis from the experiment results show that the deaeration performance of this deaerator is significantly improved. At the same time, the types of bubble and the heat proportion can be selected according to the level of the dissolved oxygen, the change of the load, and so on, which not only improves the deaeration performance but also saves energy.
