摘 要:用浸渍-沉淀法分别制备了负载型Cu-Ni/ZrO2和Cu-Ni/ZrO2-(MgO、CeO2、La2O3)催化剂。用XRD、TPR、TPD、原位红外对催化剂的晶相结构、Cu-Ni与载体的相互作用、表面酸碱性和催化剂吸附CH3OH和CO2的行为进行了表征。结果表明,掺杂氧化物能稳定四方相ZrO2(t-ZrO2)晶相结构,并促进CH3OH和CO2在各催化剂表面发生解离吸附,提高了催化剂在CHOH和CO反应合成碳酸二甲酯(DMC)的活性。Impregnation-precipitation method was applied to prepare the supported Cu-Ni/ZrO2 and Cu-Ni/ZrO2-(MgO、CeO2、La2O3).Crystalline structures,interaction between Cu-Ni and the supports,acid-base properties of the catalysts and the adsorption of CH3OH and CO2 on the surface of the catalysts were characterized by XRD,TPR,TPD and in-situ IR.The results indicated that the doped oxides were beneficial to the stability of t-ZrO2 and promoted the dissociative adsorption of CH3OH and CO2 occurred on the surface of catalysts.The catalysts that were doped with oxides exhibited higher catalytic activity in the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate from carbon dioxide and methanol.
