大黄黄连泻心汤、理中丸对幽门结扎型、醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡寒热证模型大鼠血清NT含量的影响  

The Influence of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction and Lizhong Pills on NT Contents in Serum on Gastric Ulcer Model Induced by Pylorus Deligation or Smearing Acetic Acid Combined with Cold or Heat Syndrome Rats

摘　　要：目的:建立幽门结扎型及醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡寒热证动物模型,阐明寒热方剂(大黄黄连泻心汤、理中丸)的作用机制及方证相应规律,为临床辨治溃疡病提供实验依据。同时,为以"病证结合"模式之中医证型研究提供方法学新途径。方法:采用寒热因素结合幽门结扎、醋酸涂抹法,分别建立大鼠胃溃疡寒、热证模型,采用酶联免疫法检测受试大鼠血清NT的含量。结果:幽门结扎及醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡各模型组大鼠血清NT含量均显著降低,与空白组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡模型中以热证降低显著,与寒醋和模醋比较差异显著(P<0.01);大黄黄连泻心汤可显著升高热性溃疡组大鼠血清NT含量,理中丸可显著升高寒性溃疡组大鼠血清NT的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:通过"方证相应"理论验证了"病证结合"的胃溃疡寒热模型复制成功,大黄黄连泻心汤对热性胃溃疡、理中丸对寒性胃溃疡的治疗作用,可通过大鼠血清中NT含量的升高而实现。Objective：To find the gastric ulcer model induced by pylorus deligation or smearing acetic acid combined with cold or heat syndrome.And to observe the basic mechanism of action and objective regularity of formula-syndrome corresponding of cold or heat formula（Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction,Lizhong Pill）on gastric ulcer model combined with cold or heat syndrome,offer the experimental evidence for pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs in the gastric ulcer clinic.And offer a methodological new path for the model with pattern of syndrome study of chinese medical science.Methods： Adopting cold or heat factors combined with pylorus deligation or smearing acetic acid methods to establish gastric ulcer model combined with cold and heat syndrome.Using euzymelinked immunosorbent assay to detect the NT contents in serum.Results：Compared with the blank group,the contents of NT decrease remarkably in gastric ulcer model induced by pylorus deligation or smearing acetic acid combined with cold syndrome（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Compared with the gastric ulcer model induced by smearing acetic acid combined with heat syndrome and the gastric ulcer model induced by smearing acetic acid,the contents of NT decrease remarkably in gastric ulcer model induced by smearing acetic acid combined with heat syndrome（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction can decrease the contents of NT of heat-ulcer group obviously.Lizhong Pill can increase the contents of NT of cold-ulcer group strikingly（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion：On the basis of the theory of formula-syndrome corresponding,verifying the success of duplicating disease-syndrome combination model,that is gastric ulcer model combined with cold and heat syndrome.The therapeutic action of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction on heat-gastric ulcer or Lizhong Pill on cold-gastric ulcer both can be achieved by influencing the contents of NT.
