摘  要:目的:优选丁香叶中原儿茶酸的最佳提取工艺。方法:以原儿茶酸为评价指标成分,采用高效液相色谱法测定丁香叶中原儿茶酸的含量,并用L9(34)正交试验法考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数等因素的影响,优化提取条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为加20倍量水,1.5h提取2次,70%醇沉24h后乙酸乙酯萃取。结论:优选得到的工艺稳定、合理、可行。Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of protocatechuic acid in Syringa Oblate Leaves.Methods: An L9(34)orthogonal experiment was performed to investigate the 3 factors(3 levels for each factor were selected),water,extraction time,and extraction number with the protocatechuic acid as indexes for evaluation,which was determined by HPLC.Result: The optimum extraction process was 20 times of water,extracting 2 times,every 1.5h,70% alcohol precipitated for 24h,then extracted by ethyl acetate.Conclusion: The optimized technology for the extraction of protocatechuic acid from Syringa Oblate Leaves is stable,reasonable and feasible.
