针刺对慢性脑缺血大鼠学习记忆能力影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:对慢性脑缺血大鼠的学习记忆及针刺对其影响进行了研究,旨在进一步讨论针刺治疗的机理,为阐明针刺治疗慢性脑缺血的作用机制提供实验依据。方法:采用大鼠分次永久性双侧颈总动脉阻塞(2VO)法制备慢性脑缺血大鼠模型并观察不同组别大鼠的学习记忆能力的变化。结果:模型组大鼠较正常组的学习记忆能力均下降,立即针刺组及针刺治疗组能明显改善大鼠学习记忆能力。结论:针刺可改善慢性脑缺血模型大鼠学习记忆能力,其机制有待进一步研究。Objective：To study the acupuncture＇s impact on the changes in learning memory ability of the rats with chronic cerebral ischemia;to explore the intervention mechanism of acupuncture on the chronic cerebral ischemia.Methods： The study induced the chronic cerebral ischemic models by permanent occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries（2VO） in rats,and observed the changes in learning memory ability of the rats in four groups（the control group,the model group,the immediate acupuncture group and the acupuncture group）.Results： The learning memory abilities were significantly deteriorated in the model group than those in the control group.In the immediate acupuncture group the acupuncture group,the rats＇ earning memory abilities were significantly improved.Conclusion： The acupuncture can improve the learning memory ability of the rats with chronic cerebral ischemia.The mechanism needs to be further investigated.
