鬼灯檠鲜品不同溶剂提取液中挥发性成分的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究鬼灯檠鲜品不同溶剂提取液中挥发性成分的组成。方法:采用乙酸乙酯、无水乙醇、乙醚、石油醚分别浸提鬼灯檠,GC-MS法对各提取液中化学成分进行分离鉴定,峰面积归一化法计算各组分相对含量。结果:鬼灯檠鲜品挥发性成分主要由脂肪酸、香叶醇、香茅醇、香茅醛及一种香叶醇基糖苷等组成,香叶醇是构成其香味的重要物质基础。结论:揭示了鬼灯檠根茎鲜品不同溶剂提取液的化学成分,对进一步研究鬼灯檠、指导其产地加工提供帮助。Objective：To study the composition of volatile components of different solvent extracts from fresh rodgersia aesculifolia batalin.Method： Ethyl acetate,anhydrous alcohol,ethyl ether,petroleum ether were used to extract rodgersia aesculifolia batalin respectively.GC-MS isolated and identified the chemical constituents from the extracts.The relative contents of various components were determined by area normalization method.Results： The volatile components of rodgersia aesculifolia batalin were mainly made up of fatty acid,geraniol,citronellol,citronellal,a kind of geraniol glucoside and so on.Geraniol was the basis of fragrance.Conclusion： The result showed the main chemical constituents of different solvent extracts from fresh rodgersia aesculifolia batalin.It also gave some guidelines to thoroughly study and produce rodgersia aesculifolia batalin.
