摘　　要：矿产资源权益价值主要包括矿产资源的探矿权价值和采矿权价值。矿产资源的采矿权价值由矿产资源价值和不同勘探阶段勘探成果价值组成 ,探矿权价值则为矿产资源的勘探级差租金。依据矿产资源的勘探开发特点 。Value of rights and interests of mineral resources mainly comprises value of exploration right and value of mining right.The value of mining right is made up of value of mineral resources and value of exploration achievement in different exploration phases;the value of exploration right equals to differential rent of exploration.According to characters of mineral resources exploration and development,the initial evaluating models of the value of exploration right and mining right are set up.
