摘　　要：新中国成立六十多年来,党的私营经济政策经历了一个"肯定—否定—否定之否定"的曲折演进历程。而这一演进历程又和马克思主义中国化密切相关。党的私营经济政策是马克思主义中国化的一个重要方面,而马克思主义中国化的发展也会促进党的私营经济政策的发展,是其形成和演进的理论环境。The Party＇s Policy to the private-owned economy has experienced a tortuous course of evolution：＂positive-negative-negation of negation＂ since the Founding of New China,and this evolution process was closely related to Sinicization of Marxism.The Party＇s Policy to the private-owned economy has important theoretical significance and practical significance to the Sinicization of Marxism and the development of Sinicization of Marxism also promote the Party＇s Policy to the private-owned economy,which is the theoretical environment.
