摘　　要：实现村级公共品供给是城乡统筹发展的重要内容。在政府财政支持有限的情况下,资金不足成为实现村级公共品供给的瓶颈。城乡公共服务均等化是为实现更高水平的村级公共品供给迈出的第一步。文章从投融资角度对当前村级公共品供给存在的主要问题——资金不足进行探讨,以城乡统筹改革成都试验区为例。The realization of the rural public goods supply between urban and rural is an important part of rural and urban integration.In the case of limited support from government finance,shortage of funds is the key problem of rural public goods supply.Achieving the equalization of urban and rural public services is its first step.This paper analyzes the current major problems exists in village-level public goods：lack of funds,and then explores the new investment and financing way based on the reform of urban and rural areas of Chengdu Experimental Zone.
