摘　　要：建立以高技术为先导的高端化产业结构,积极发展战略性新兴产业是我国解决就业问题的根本保证。只有在高效安全的经济运行基础上才能相应建立起各种层次人才协调有序的、大容量且有自我调节能力的国民就业体系。文章认为,中国社会应引导建立大企业和中小企业呈由高端带动中低端,配套运行的组合模式,相应建立稳定的社会分层型的就业体系。坚定不移地巩固和改进外贸出口是扩大就业的有效途径;合理的投资、消费比例才能最大程度地创造就业机会;投资拉动就业的思路不能改变;政府应致力于学校教育与市场经济衔接的工作。It is ultimate pledge for solving Chinese problem of employment that we must found advanced property structure leading by high-tech.Only in the foundation of effective and secure economic circuit can we found a employment system in order with large capability and the effect of accommodating itself for all levels of talents.This paper considers that mutual combination about the big enterprises and less ones is the best pattern for solving the problem of employment;the government should make effective means to enlarge the scale of employment that the government consolidates and improves the conditions of export;the rational proportion about investment and consumption can generate the opportunity of employment in large scale;we must persist the thought that the investment draw the enterprises to improve the employment,education is the one of the fundamental factors about economy and employment,the government should work hard at the connection about schools and market.
