国外国际旅游岛建设对海南发展的启示

摘　　要：国际旅游岛是指市场要素全面国际化、以旅游业为主导产业的海岛型旅游目的地。文章在研究借鉴国外旅游岛建设成功经验的基础上,结合海南的现有实际条件,对建设海南国际旅游岛的建议是:转换政府职能,科学整体规划;创造生态旅游环境,走可持续发展之路;重视旅游市场需求,建立特色国际旅游岛;理顺旅游管理体制,完善基础设施建设;加强宣传促销力度,开拓国际市场。The concept of International tourism island is that the island tourist destination with the fully internationalized market elements and with tourism as the leading industry.Referring to the successful foreign experience in the construction of international tourism islands and considering the actual conditions in Hainan,this paper draws some inspirations to the development of Hainan Tourism Island：transforming the government＇s functions and making the scientific overall plans;creating the eco-tourist environment and taking the sustainable way;concerning the market demands and building the characteristic international tourism island;adjusting the tourism management system and improving the infrastructural facilities;promoting the publicity and developing the international market.
