摘 要:从广西蚕区的野外昆虫菜粉蝶、桑尺蠖、斜纹夜蛾的体内收集到5种微孢子虫,以家蚕微孢子虫(Nosema bombycis,Nb)为对照,检测不同来源昆虫微孢子虫对家蚕的感染力,并调查各种微孢子虫在体外用家蚕肠液与KOH混合液(pH10.5)处理后的发芽率。从菜粉蝶分离的微孢子虫(PrL M)、从不同来源桑尺蠖分离的2种微孢子虫(PaB MⅠ和PaB MⅡ)、从不同来源斜纹夜蛾分离的2种微孢子虫(Sl MⅠ和Sl MⅡ)以及家蚕微孢子虫对家蚕(蚁蚕)的半数感染浓度(IC50)分别为2.15×105、2.90×105、5.62×106、3.38×107、9.05×106和1.86×105mL-1;PrL M、PaB MⅠ、PaB MⅡ、Sl MⅠ、Sl MⅡ和Nb的体外发芽率分别为76.75%、76.00%、12.50%、2.25%、2.75%和59.25%。PrL M和PaB MⅠ对家蚕的半数感染浓度与Nb接近,对家蚕的致病性较强,2种微孢子虫经家蚕肠液与KOH混合液处理后的体外发芽率也较高;PaB MⅡ、Sl MⅠ和Sl MⅡ对家蚕的半数感染浓度依次是Nb的30倍、182倍、49倍,说明这3种昆虫微孢子虫对家蚕的感染力较弱,并且3种微孢子虫的体外发芽率也很低。5 kinds of microsporidia were collected from field insect species Pieris rapae, Hemerophila atrilineata and Spodoptera litura in Guangxi sericultural area. By using microsporidia of Bombyx mori ( Nosema bombycis, Nb) as the control, their infectivity to B, mori and in vitro germination rate after treatment with the mixture of B. mori intestinal juice and KOH solution (pH 10.5) were investigated. The results showed that the 50% infectious concentration (ICso) of the mi- crosporidia isolated from P. rapae (PrL M), two microsporidia isolated from H. atrilineata (PaB M I and PaB M II ), two microsporidia isolated from S. fitura (SI M I and $1M II ), and Nb was 2. 15 xl0^5, 2.90 x10^5, 5.62 xl0^6, 3.38 xl0^7, 9.05x10^6and 1.86 xl0^5 mL-1, respectively. The in vitro germination rate of PrL M, PaB M I , PaB M II, SI M I ,SI M II and Nb was 76. 75%, 76. 00%, 12. 50%, 2. 25%, 2.75% and 59.25%, respectively. The 50% infectious concentrations of PrL M and PaB M I were close to that of Nb, showing high infectivity to B. mori. The in vitro germi- nation rates of PrL M 和 PaB M I were also high after treatment with mixture of B. mori intestinal juice and KOH solution. The 50% infectious concentration of PaB M II , SIM I andSIMII was 30, 182 and 49 times to that of Nb respectively, showing weak infectivity to B. mori. Nevertheless, their in vitro germination rates were also very low.
