摘 要:针对精冲模具冲压行程中的动应力分析方法少、试验费用昂贵、模具结构复杂、模具使用寿命低等问题,本文通过模拟技术分析了精冲过程中凸模的动态受力状况,对精冲模具的整个运动过程进行动态模拟仿真,模拟出各个凸模的动态载荷曲线,建立了一种求解模具在整个运行过程中多点载力在多个进程点对整体模具的弯矩新方法,并得到一条完整的动态弯矩曲线,为模具的设计是否合理提供新的检测依据,并为后续精冲模具疲劳测试提供试验数据。Aim at some problems that occurred during forming process of fineblanking die, such as the lack of the method in dynamic stress analysis, the high cost of the lest process, complex structure and the low mold life. This paper analyzed the stress state of the punches in forming process by simulation. The model carried through a dynamic simulation for the movement on the process of fineblanking die, and it simulated the dynamic loading curves of punches, established a method for calculating moment of the over all die in a number of processing points during forming process. It can provide a new test basis to prove whether it is a reasonable design for the mold ,and provide sonic test data for the follow up fatigue test of flneblanking die.
