摘 要:冷喷涂是近几年来发展起来的新型表面涂层技术。由于冷喷涂技术是在较低的温度下进行的,与其他方法制备的涂层相比具有很多的优势。本文介绍了冷喷涂技术的喷涂原理;系统阐述了冷喷涂工艺参数(如气体的压力、温度,喷射距离,基体温度等)对涂层质量的影响,这些工艺参数主要是通过影响颗粒的速度来实现对涂层性能的影响;分析了不同的工艺参数对涂层的沉积效率、孔隙率、显微硬度、结合强度、耐磨性以及抗腐蚀性等性能的影响;并对冷喷涂技术的国内外应用现状进行了总结和展望。The cold spraying technology is a new technology developed in the field of surface treatment technology in recent years. Compared with other methods, the obtained coating has many advantages, because of the cold spraying technology proceeding under the low temperature. In this paper, it is introduced that the spraying principle, and process parameters (such as the gas pressure and temperature, stand-off distance, the temperature of the substrate and so on) affecting the quality of coatings have been expounded, which mainly affect the film properties by affecting the velocity of a particle. The different process parameters affecting the coating properties, such as deposition efficiency, porosity, micro-hardness, the bond strength, wear resistance as well as corrosion resistance and so on are analyzed. The present application of the cold spray technology at home and abroad is summarized and prospected.
