摘　　要：对焊接滚轮架进行受力建模,分析了胶轮撕裂磨损的原因,并提出改造方案,明显提高了滚轮架的使用寿命,消除了影响生产进度的因素。This paper performs stress modeling for the welding roller frame,analyzes the cause of tear and wear of the rubber rollers,and provides the improved scheme so that the service life of the roller frame can be improved clearly and the factors affecting the working schedule can be eliminated.
