摘  要:为评价韭菜(Allium tuberosum Rottler ex Spreng.)芽苗期的耐盐性,测定了不同浓度NaCl胁迫下韭菜6个材料的种子萌发及早期幼苗生长的农艺性状。结果表明,在NaCl胁迫下,韭菜不同材料的相对发芽指数、相对发芽率、相对活力指数均表现出显著差异;不同韭菜材料的芽苗期耐盐性不同,供试品种天津大弯苗的耐盐性最强,紫根韭菜的耐盐性最弱。韭菜的种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、幼苗根长、芽长和鲜重等均与NaCl胁迫浓度呈极显著的负相关,其中发芽指数与NaCl胁迫的相关性最强。采用100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫比较韭菜芽苗期的耐盐性时,种子相对发芽指数和相对发芽率是较适宜的评价指标。The characters of seed germintion and early seedling growth of Allium tuberosum Rottler ex Spreng.were investigated under NaCl stress in order to evaluate the salt tolerance of six cultivars.The results indicated that there were significant difference on the relative germination percent(RGP),relative germination index(RGI)and relative germination vigor index among the studied cultivars when treated with NaCl solution.The different cultivar of A.tuberosum had different level of salt tolerance.A.tuberosum cv.Dawanmiao of Tianjin had the highest level of salt tolerance;while A.tuberosum cv. Zigen was most sensitive to NaCl stress among the studied cultivars.There were significant negative relationship between NaCl stress and the characters of seed germination or seedling growth including the germination energy,germination percent, germination index,germination vigor index,root length,sprout length and fresh weight per seedling.The strongest relationship was gained between germination index and NaCl stress.RGI and RGP were better indexes to evaluate the salt tolerance of A.tuberosum cultivars when their seed were treated with 100 mmol/L NaCl solution.
