宫衣净酊急性毒性研究

摘　　要：研究了小鼠口服宫衣净酊的急性毒性,并评价其安全性,为临床安全用药提供依据。采用最大给药量法,将40只小鼠随机分为2组,每组20只,雌、雄各半,分别为给药组和对照组,给药组按每千克体重40 g宫衣净酊灌胃,对照组按每千克体重80 mL生理盐水灌胃,分2次灌服,给药后连续观察7 d,测定其1日最大给药量,确定宫衣净酊的急性毒性。结果表明小鼠口服宫衣净酊的日最大给药量为40 g/kg,相当于临床奶牛日用量的100倍,表明宫衣净酊较为安全。To evaluate the safety of Gongyijing tincture,its acute toxicity was determined through oral administration,and it provided an evidence for clinical dosage,a comparative trial was taken on 40 mice which randomly divided into 2 equal groups with 10 females and 10 males according to maximum daily dose regimen design.One was treatment group which subjected to gastric perfusion with Gongyijing tincture of 40g per kg of body weight,the other was the control group which treated with physiological saline of 80mL per kg of body weight.The doses were administered twice.To determine the maximum daily dose and acute toxicity of Gongyijing tincture,the mice were observed 7 days after the medicine administered.The results showed that the maximum daily dose of Gongyijing tincture in mice through oral administration was 40g/kg which was equivalent to 100 times of daily dose in dairy cow,so it suggested that Gongyijing tincture was safety.
