摘　　要：该文通过对近10年来针灸推拿治疗中风后肌张力增高的文献进行综述,总结针灸推拿治疗该病的不同方法及其疗效,最终得出结论,即针灸推拿治疗本病可取得较好的临床疗效,但缺乏标准的治疗方案,提出今后当加强针灸推拿临床研究的规范化及科学化。This article reviews recent 10 years＇ literature on acupuncture-moxibustion treatment and massotherapy for post-stroke hypermyotonia,summarizes different acupuncture-moxibustion treatments and massotherapies for this disease and their therapeutic effects,concludes that acupuncture-moxibustion treatment and massotherapy can clinically produce a good effect on this disease but a standardized protocol is lacking,and proposes that standardized and scientific clinical studies on acupuncture-moxibustion treatment and massotherapy should be intensified in the future.
