两个复方中药对围产期奶牛内分泌机能的影响

摘　　要：为探讨中药对围产期奶牛内分泌机能的影响,选择年龄、胎次和预产期相近,经临床检查健康的围产期荷斯坦奶牛90头,随机分成A、B、C三组,每组30头。A组,于预产期前15 d喂服加味四君子散(400 g/头),每天1次,连用5 d,产后喂服益母生化散1剂(500 g/头);B组,产前不喂服中药,产后喂服益母生化散1剂(500 g/头);C组为对照组。在预产期前15 d、7 d,产后0 d(产后喂服益母生化散前计为0 d)、7 d和15 d时,测定奶牛血清雌二醇、催乳素、胰岛素和甲状腺激素的含量。试验结果显示,产后0、7、15 d,A组血清雌二醇含量高于B组、C组(P<0.05或P<0.01);产前7 d、产后0 d、7 d,A组血清催乳素含量高于B组、C组(P<0.05或P<0.01);产前7 d、产后0、7、15 d,A组血清甲状腺激素含量高于B组、C组(P<0.01或P<0.05);产前7 d、产后0 d,A组血清胰岛素浓度高于B组、C组(P<0.05),其余各时段组间含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明围产期奶牛喂服中药能调节其内分泌机能,为奶牛顺利分娩及产后泌乳做准备,这对奶牛安全健康的度过围产期有积极意义。To investigate the effect of TCM on endocrine function of periparturient dairy cows,90 healthy Holstein perinatal cows with similar age,parity and the expected date of confinement（EDC） were selected.The cows were divided into 3 groups of A,B and C randomly.Group A was received a gavage of the Traditional Chinese herbal medicine ＂JiaWeiSiJunZiSan＂（400 g/head） 15 d before the EDC,once a day for five days,and ＂YiMuShengHuaSan＂（500 g/head） after delivery.Group B was not received ＂JiaWeiSiJunZiSan＂ before the expected calving period,but after delivery was received a gavage of it（500 g/head）.Group C was control group.The contents of estradiol,prolactin,insulin and thyroid hormones in the serum were determined in 15 d,7 d pre-calving and 0 d,7 d,15 d post-calving.The results indicated that in 0 d,7 d,15 d post-calving,the contents of estradiol,prolactin,thyroid hormones in the serum is higher in group A than that in group B and group C（P0.05 or P0.01）,and in 7d pre-calving and 0d post-calving,the contents of insulin in the serum is higher in group A than in group B and group C（P0.05）,The difference is not significant between the groups in the other time intervals（P0.05）.The conclusion,the traditional Chinese medicine can regulate peripartum dairy cow＇s endocrine function.Further more,it can provide help for delivery,and lactating,and it has significance for dairy cow to live through periparturient.
