三型副鸡禽杆菌对SPF鸡的致病力试验

摘　　要：为探讨3株A型C-Hpg 8(CVCC254)、B型(BJ-05株)和C型(668)副鸡禽杆菌对SPF鸡的致病力,用120只57日龄SPF鸡进行了此3个菌株的致病力试验,分别眶下窦内接种1.5×104cfu/0.2 mL.只-1～400×104cfu/(0.2 mL/只-1)C-Hpg 8、BJ-05株和668株,每个剂量攻击5只鸡,攻毒后观察7 d,结果除1只鸡未发病外,119只鸡均呈现典型的鸡传染性鼻炎症状。结果表明,C-Hpg 8、BJ-05株和668株副鸡禽杆菌对SPF鸡均有很强的致病力。In order to evaluate virulence of the three strains of C-Hpg 8（CVCC254,serotype A）,Hpg-BJ strain（serotype B） and 668 strain（serotype C） Avibacterium paragallinarum,one hundred and twenty 57 days-old SPF chickens were inoculated with 1.5×104 cfu/0.2 mL-400×104cfu/0.2 mL respectively into the infraorbital sinus.Each dose infected 5 chickens.Twenty four hours later some of chickens showed typical clinical signs of infectious coryza.Seventy two hours later,119 chickens showed very typical clinical signs of infectious coryza.Just one chicken is normal.This reslult indicated that these 3 strains＇ virulence were very strong.
