摘  要:由于电站常用的G4-73型离心风机在气流掠过翼型时流速较低,雷诺数与航空翼型的差异较大,因此有必要对G4-73型离心风机翼型失速性能进行研究。对翼型附近网格采用局部加密,运用FLUENT软件对不同冲角下气流的流动情况进行了数值模拟,发现风机叶片翼型失速发生在非工作面。通过分析冲角与分离点位置的关系,以及由失速区域的流动情况得出:为保证风机安全运行,冲角应小于-20°;大冲角的情况下,处于翼型吸力面在X方向上相对翼型总弦长C的位置X/C=0.5处的漩涡最强烈,此漩涡将危及风机的安全运行。In the event of air flow passing the airfoil in G4-73 centrifugal fans used in power plants,the flow rate is low,and the Reynolds number is quite different from that of the aviation airfoil,then the location of stall is also different,therefore,it is necessary to study the airfoil stall bahavior in said centrifugal fans.The gird near airfoil has been partially concentrated,the flow movement under different impluse angle of air flow being numerically simulated by using FLUENT software.It has discovered that the airfoil stall is occurred on the non-working sorface.Through analysis of the relationship between impluse angle and separated locations,as well as the flow movement in the stall regions,it is obtained that the impulse angle under the studied condition should be less than-20° for ensuring safe operation of the air fan,the swirl located on suction surface X/C=0.5 is the strongest,and this swirl will endanger safe operation of the air fan.
