摘 要:燃煤锅炉的NOx生成的影响因素较多,生成特性较为复杂,同时部分影响因素受煤质条件、运行状况的限制,难以通过常规试验寻求其影响规律。因此,以410 t/h切圆燃烧锅炉为原型,建立其相关数值模型,并通过现场试验数据对其进行检验及修正,使模型的针对性及实用性得以提高,从而可以通过该模型对某些不具备试验条件的影响因素进行数值模拟研究,为炉内燃烧及NOx生成规律的分析研究提供理论依据。There are many affecting factors upon NOx formation in coal-fired boilers,the formation mechanism being comparatively complicated.At the same time,a part of affecting factors are limited by coal quality and operation conditions etc.,it is difficult to find out the regularity of NOx formantion by using normal test.Hence,a 410 t/h tangentially firing boiler is used as the prototype,and related numerical models have been established,and the said models being verified and amended through field test data,making the aim and applicality of said models to be enhanced,thereby,some affecting factors,which haven't condition for test,can be numerically simulated and studied,providing basis for analysing and studying combustion in the furnace and regularity of NOx formation.
