摘 要:神华烟煤是我国结渣最为严重的发电用煤之一。分析了采用四角切圆燃烧锅炉燃烧神华煤时应采取的防渣技术,并与国内外相应的燃烧低灰熔点烟煤时所采取的防结渣技术进行了比较。采用较低的炉膛容积热负荷,合理的掺烧,以及相应的运行措施如较低的一次风温、较高的风煤比、炉膛出口氧量控制在3%、煤粉细度R90<6%等,可有效避免燃用神华煤时锅炉出现结渣。在台山、定州等电厂的实际应用表明,这些技术比国外公司采取的防低灰熔点烟煤结渣的技术更为有效。Shenhua coal is one of the most severely slagging coal sorts in China.The slagging prevention technologies needed to adopt for burning Shenhua coal in the tangential firing boilers have been analysed,and a comparison with corresponding slagging prevention technologies for burning bituminous coal with low ash fusing point at home and abroad being carried out.Results of comparison show that the slagging phenominon in boilers burning Shenhua coal can be effectively avoided under condition of adopting low volumetric heat capacity in the furnace,suitable mixedly burning,as well as corresponding measures in operation,such as lower temperature of the primary air,higher ratio of air to coal,the oxygen content at furnace outlet to be controlled to 3%,and the fineness of pulverized coal controlled to R906% etc..The said measures are more effective than that adopted by companies at abroad for burning bituminous coal with low ash fusing point.
