脱硫废水预处理系统软化设备的调试和分析

摘　　要：河源电厂为满足全厂废水零排放的要求,采用预处理系统加蒸发结晶工艺对脱硫废水进行处理。脱硫废水预处理系统采用两级反应加沉淀和澄清处理,通过投加石灰和碳酸钠来降低水中的钙镁含量。介绍该厂脱硫废水预处理系统的工艺流程、软化设备调试及运行情况。运行结果表明,脱硫废水预处理系统软化设备运行稳定,出水水质达到了蒸发结晶处理系统对进水水质的要求。In order to satisfy the requirement of wastewater zero emission from the whole of Heyuan Power Plant,the wastewater from FGD system had been treated by using pretreatment system plus evaporative crystallization technology.The said pretreatment system adopts two-stage reaction plus precipitation and clarification treatment,the content of calcium and magnesium has been reduced through injecting lime and sodium carbonate.The technological process of wastewater treatment system for FGD as well as the debugging and operation situation of the softening equipment have been presented.Results of operation show that the operation of softening equipment in wastewater pretreatment system is stable,the quality of effluent water reaching the requirement of intaking water quality for evaperative crystallization treatment system.
