摘  要:为了检测发电机组各种连接管的承插焊接接头内部缺陷,通过承插焊接接头的有限元应力分析,制作了模拟缺陷试块,选择合理的超声系统及超声反射信号进行试块的检测分析。检验结果表明,该超声波检验方法能灵敏有效地检测出该类焊接结构早期内部缺陷,可为该类焊接结构安全运行提供技术支持。In order to detect the internal defects in various connecting pipes and socket weld joints of the power generation units,a test block simulating said defects has been prepared through finite-element stress analysis of the socket weld joint.By selecting reasonable ultrasonic system and ultrasonic reflected signal,the detection and analysis on said test block have been carried out.Results of detection show that the said ultrasonic detection method can sensitively and effectively detect the early internal defects in weld structure of this kind,providing technical support for safe operation of said welded structure.
