阔叶木碱法造纸黑液提取物成分的研究

摘　　要：应用裂解-气相色谱-质谱、红外色谱、凝胶色谱、元素分析仪研究了阔叶木碱法造纸黑液提取物的成分。结果表明:黑液中含有木质素、有机酸等物质。其中,阔叶木木质素属愈创木-紫丁香(GS)型木质素,木质素分子中存在少量的α-β碳碳双键,紫丁香基结构单元的质量分数高于愈创木基结构单元,二者质量分数比为2.27;木质素的结构经验式为C9H8.884 8O2.169 6(OCH3)1.188 3,C9结构单元的相对分子质量为189.79,木质素大分子重均分子质量为1 163 g/mol;提取物中含有大量互为同分异构的有机酸结构单元;此外,在裂解产物中还发现了角鲨烯的同系物。The composition of extractive from hardwood soda pulping black liquor was examined by using Py-GC-MS,FT-IR,GPC,and element analyzer.The different spectra indicate that lignin and organic acids exist in black liquor,of which the lignin from black liquor belongs to Guaiacum（G）-Syringa（S） type lignin.The chain of lignin contains a small amount of α-β double bonds of carbon and the mass fraction of S-unit is higher than that of G-unit,and their mass fraction ratio is 2.27.The structural formula of lignin is C9H8.884 8O2.169 6（OCH3）1.188 3,the relative molecular mass of C9 unit formula is 189.79,and its average molecular mole mass is 1 163 g/mol,and the extractive contains many organic building blocks,which are the isomers of each other.Besides,the homologues of squalene were also found in lysate.
