摘　　要：总结了棉锦类无缝内衣染色的传统工艺,通过工艺实例分析了棉或再生纤维素纤维的几种传统染色方法。为了能提高产品质量,提高产品档次,减少回染率,缩短工艺流程,节水、节能、节汽,降低生产成本,减少排污,清洁生产,保护环境,通过工艺实例重点探讨了棉锦类或再生纤维素纤维、锦纶交织类无缝内衣染色一浴法或者短流程工艺染色的多种途径。This paper summarizes the traditional dyeing technology of cotton and nylon knitted seamless underwear,and through real examples analyzes the traditional dyeing methods of a few cottons and regenerated cellulose fibers.In order to improve quality,enhance grade of product,decrease cobbling,shorten workflow,save water,save energy,save steam,decrease pollution,make production clean and protect environment,this paper mainly discusses the one bath dyeing process and short workflow dyeing process of a few kinds of cotton/nylon seamless underwear and regenerated cellulose/nylon seamless underwear.
