血液滤过对重症胰腺炎患者血常规及生化检测的影响

摘　　要：目的观察血液滤过对重症胰腺炎(SAP)患者血常规及生化检测的影响。方法将急性SAP患者分为血液滤过组63例和对照组56例,比较两组治疗前、后血常规及生化指标(ALT)的变化。结果治疗8 h后两组白细胞、血液中Ca2+浓度、血糖、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、血尿素氮均改善不明显(P>0.05),治疗24 h后两组均有明显改善(P<0.05),且血液滤过组优于对照组(P<0.05)。血液中K+、Na+、Cl-浓度治疗8 h后血液滤过组血钾、血钠、血氯的改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血液滤过可早期改善SAP引起的肝肾功能障碍,并能较快改善电解质紊乱。Objective To observe the changes of the blood indicators for patients with severe acute pancreatitis in venous hemofiltration.Methods The patients with severe acute pancreatitis were divided into two groups of A（n=63）and B（n=56）,group A was treated with hemofiltration and group B was not.Results For indicators of the white cell,calcium,glucose,ALT,AST,and BUN,comparing to those before treatment,there were no difference with 8 h treatment（P0.05）,but there were difference with 24 h treatment（P0.05）,and group A was better than group B（P0.05）.For kalium,natrium,and chlorid,there were difference with 8 h treatment（P0.05）between the two groups.Conclusion Hemofiltration may correct the hepatic and renal dysfunctions that were brought out by SAP,and can correct electrolyte imbalance shortly.
