绿色城市设计与低碳城市规划——新型城市化下的趋势

摘　　要：从高碳化城市等现象出发,指出我国当前城市发展模式的不可持续性,并从《十二五规划建议》中提出的转变发展方式思考绿色城市设计再到低碳城市的必要性和紧迫性及其主要内容,最后从设计者、消费者和管理者等角度提出了实现由绿色建筑到低碳城市的现实路径。Based on the phenomena of high carbonation city and the like, this paper points out the un-sustainability of China＇s current city development model. Under the point of development mode conversion in the ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan Proposal＂, the paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of transition from green urban design to low-carbon city and their main contents. Finally, it brings forward the accessible path of realizing the transition from green building to low-carbon city with the views of designers, consumers, and managers.
