可持续城市空间的规划准则体系研究

摘　　要：由于可持续城市空间规划准则的缺失,可持续城市发展政策和目标难以有效的落实到城市空间规划控制上来,鉴于此,有必要系统的研究和建构可持续城市空间的规划控制准则。本文结合城市空间规划内容体系、准则体系的建构以及可持续城市发展目标和空间规划策略的解析,从城市区域、城市/片区、城市住区三个层面,对可持续城市空间的规划准则进行结构性、系统性的整理。Due to the lack of planning guidelines for sustainable urban space, the sustainable urban development policies and objectives are difficult to be put into effect in urban spatial planning. In view of this, it is necessary to systematically study and then establish planning guidelines for sustainable urban space. By studying the establishment of urban spatial planning contents and guidelines, and analyzing the sustainable urban development goals and spatial planning strategies, this paper summarizes and refines the planning guidelines for sustainable urban space at the levels of urban region, urban / district and urban settlements.
