摘  要:目的观察小鼠肢体不同创伤程度下血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性的变化,探讨LDH活性变化与肢体损伤程度的关系。方法 42只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、假性损伤组及打击高度6、7、8、9和10 cm实验组,应用自行设计的自由落体打击装置对实验组大鼠右侧大腿肌肉进行打击,运用分光光度计检测伤后5 h小鼠血清中LDH在不同打击能量下的活性变化,并对打击高度(打击能量)与LDH活性变化进行相关性分析。结果假性损伤组LDH活性与正常对照组差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各打击高度组LDH活性均高于正常对照组、假性损伤组,差别均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。打击高度(打击能量)与LDH活性呈正相关。结论 LDH活性水平可能成为推测损伤程度的一种指标。Objective To investigate the activities of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in the serum after various muscular trauma and study the relationship between the alteration and traumatic degree.Methods Forty-two rats were randomly divided into seven groups,including control group,sham injury group,experimental group(striking height 6,7,8,9,10 cm,respectively).In the experimental group,the right legs of mice was suffered from falling impact injury by the self-designed free falling striking devices and the activities of LDH in the serum after 5 hours with the different attack energry by spectrophotometer,and correlation analysis between striking height and the activities of LDH was carried out.Results Compared with control group,there was no statistical significance in the activity of LDH in sham injury group(P0.05).The activities of LDH in experimental groups were higher than control group and sham injury group(P0.05).The attack height(attack energy)had a positive relationship with the activities of LDH.Conclusion The activities of LDH may be a right index to predict the degree of injury.
