摘 要:天然气管道的干燥处理是输气管道投产前的重要工艺环节。研究表明,最经济安全的干燥法为干空气干燥法,其过程为复杂的传热、传质。文中介绍干空气干燥工艺原理,并对其干燥和吸水过程,应用质量守恒原理、相平衡理论和费克定律,建立了天然气管道干燥机理模型、吸水机理模型及密闭稳定再干燥模型,编制了应用程序;利用双庙1井-杨柳垭天然气管道工程的干燥实例验证了模型的正确性;并应用程序对干燥各影响因素进行了分析,给出了各参数最优范围值,对现场施工提供了技术支持与参考。It is an important technical segment of natural gas pipeline to be dried before it goes into production.Through previous research it is known that drying the natural gas pipeline by means of dry air is the safest and most economical method.It is a complex sealing heat transmission and mass transferring course.This text introduces a dry theory,to the simulation and hygroscope process,establishes the mechanism model of the drying,hygroscoping and the repeated drying of closeness and steady process on the basis of the law of conservation of mass,the phase equilibruim principle and the Fick's Law,and formulates an application program in the end.The accuracy fo the model was verified by the drying case of the Shuangmiao 1 well-Yangliuya natural gas pipeline engineering.It analyzes the drying effects of all factors by using the program,giving the best area of all parameters,and offering support and reference of technology to field building.
