摘　　要：采用社会调查、历史研究、比较分析相结合的研究方法,对我国CBA联赛的发展状况进行了系统研究,探讨了我国CBA联赛发展的路径选择与战略取向。我国CBA联赛的发展路径包括:"渐进式"改革CBA联赛的组织管理体制;发挥后发优势,借鉴NBA成功运营模式;完善相关制度,突出中国篮球文化特色;拓宽职业篮球高水平后备人才培养渠道,提升CBA联赛人力资源的素质。CBA联赛发展的战略取向主要包括:创造良好政策环境,进一步扩大市场规模;加强CBA联赛的管理与服务意识,树立良好的CBA联赛品牌;加快CBA联赛组织的实体化进程,不断创新管理模式;加强俱乐部制度建设,做大做强职业篮球产业;扩展CBA联赛劳务要素市场,完善职业篮球人才链。With adoption of social investigation,historical and comparative analysis,the paper made a systematic research into the present situation of CBA league and discussed the selection and strategic orientation of the development mode of CBA league.It was shown that CBA league had carried out progressive reform on the organization and management system.Experience was drawn from the NBA operation mode.Relative systems were perfected to highlight the Chinese basketball characteristics.Ways for training professional high-level basketball players were broadened to promote the quality of the human resources.On the basis of these,better polices were given and scope of market was enlarged.Moreover,awareness of better management and service was strengthened.Attention was given to set up better CBA brand name.Substantialization of the CBA league organisation should be quickened to innovate management model.Club system and professional basketball industry should be reinforced.CBA league labor market and human resource chain should be expanded.
