摘　　要：研究了虚拟社区组织的知识传播复杂网络,分析了组织整体的知识传播状况。基于对5个虚拟组织的问卷调查数据,得到具有不同知识传播程度的复杂网络图,并计算了不同的虚拟社区组织知识传播复杂网络的结构特性指标,包括度分布指数、聚集系数、网络平均距离、网络中心势等;将虚拟社区组织知识传播复杂网络与现实组织知识传播复杂网络进行了比较;最后对影响虚拟社区知识传播复杂网络的因素进行了分析。This paper studies the complex network of knowledge transfer in cyber community,and analyzes the communication in cyber communities.Based on the questionnaire data about 5 cyber communities,it gets complex network charts with different knowledge transfer degrees,and calculates the indicators that reflect structural characteristics of complex network of knowledge transfer in different cyber communities,such as degree distribution,clustering coefficient,average inter-node distance and network centralization.And it compares knowledge transfer network in cyber community with that in real network.Finally,it analyzes the influence fators of complex network of knowledge transfer in cyber community.
