摘　　要：完善健康的农村金融体系将会对新农村建设起到积极的推动作用。审视了我国目前农村金融发展的现状以及存在的问题,在明确了构建良好农村金融体系的现实意义的基础上,从政府的视角提出了实现良好农村金融体系的具体途径。Perfecting healthy rural financial system will play an active role for the construction of new countryside.This study examines the current situation and existed problems in the development of rural financial system.Through elaborating the significance of establishing healthy rural financial system,the concrete approaches for implementing healthy rural financial system are proposed from the perspective of government function.
