大学生心理资本的调查研究

摘　　要：为了解大学生心理资本状况及其规律,应用自编大学生心理资本问卷,对北京市3所高校的672名大学生进行了调查。调查结果发现:(1)大学生心理资本现状良好,总分及各维度呈现出明显中等偏上的水平。(2)大学生心理资本总分及各维度得分年级差异显著,且存在一定的发展规律,大一及研究生的心理资本水平明显高于大四学生;大一至大四逐年下降,大四到达最低点,研究生阶段又逐年回升。(3)从心理资本的维度来看存在性别与专业差异:男生的自我效能水平显著高于女生,感恩水平显著低于女生;文科学生的自我效能与韧性水平显著低于理科与工科学生。(4)大学生心理资本总分在性别、城乡、独生子女及家庭社会经济地位等方面未呈现明显差异。The paper investigates 672 college students＇ Psychological Capital in Beijing using self-edited questionnaire.The results are shown as follows：（1）The college students＇ Psychological Capital is good in the actual status,The total score and its dimensions are much higher than the average level;（2）There are significant differences among different grades on college students＇ Psychological Capital score,i.e.,seniors students get the lowest scores compared to freshmen and graduate students;（3）According to the dimensions,boys get higher scores than girls in self-efficiency,lower scores in gratitude;Students who learn liberal arts get lower scores in self-efficiency and resilience than those who learn science and engineering courses;（4）There are no significant differences on the aspects of gender,family,singleton or not and socioeconomic status in total scores.
