对高等院校资金管理问题的分析与思考

摘　　要：对目前高等院校在资金管理方面存在的主体意识不强、内部控制制度薄弱、资金管理权限不清、收入分配机制未建立及投资体制不顺畅等问题进行分析。针对此,提出了相应解决这些问题的思路和建议:加强高等院校资金管理,降低资金投资风险,提高资金的使用效益。The article points out the problems which exist in the fund management in higher institutions,such as low consciousness of the main body,weak internal control system,unclear jurisdiction of fund management,the not yet established mechanism of income division and the unsmooth investment system.Aiming at these problems,the article proposes corresponding suggestions to strengthen fund management,reduce fund investment risks and enhance fund operational efficiency.
