摘 要:为探讨噪声对雌性生殖系统的危害机理,选用 40 只雌性大鼠,暴露于 100d B( A)的稳态噪声中 6 周(6h/d),用阴道涂片法测动情周期,放射免疫方法检测雌激素水平。结果显示:与对照组相比,噪声组雌鼠体重增长缓慢,动情周期延长,雌激素水平降低( P< 0.01),而噪声加雌激素组与对照组则无显著性差异。提示长时间噪声应激可致雌激素水平下降,合理应用雌激素可防止噪声损害。In order to study the effect of noise on the female, serum estrodial (E 2 17β) was determined on 40 female Wistar rats exposed to SPL steady noise for 6 weeks(6h/d). The intensity of the noise was 100dB(A). The results showed that weight increasing velocity was slow and estrous cycle was prolonged in noise group, which was significantly different from those in control group (P<0.01).Serum estrodial (E 2 17β) level distinctly descented in noise group, compared with the control group, while in noise and estrogen group, there showed no statistical differences. It is suggested that estrogen was the origin of the effect of noise on the female. Decrease of estrodial level was due to the long time intense noise as a factor of stress. Using estrogen properly was necessary in preventing the effect of noise.
