摘　　要：本文通过对山西省图书馆信息咨询服务现状的调查,以信息资源、咨询馆员、咨询服务项目与方式以及咨询用户为切入点,揭示咨询过程中普遍存在的问题,在分析问题的基础上,提出针对性优化措施,以便信息咨询有效展开。According to researches on the counseling service in Shanxi Library,this paper takes five points including the information resources,the counseling librarian,items of the counseling service,way of the counseling service and readers as the breakthrough points to reveal questions commonly exist in the procedure of counseling.On the base of the analysis of these questions,the author offers countermeasures aimed at this in order to provide more effective counseling service.
