摘　　要：本文通过讨论高校图书馆建立学生馆员制度的概况,包括学生馆员的工作职责、工作内容与素质要求,分析了高校图书馆学生馆员制度建立的意义和必要性。就如何规范管理学生馆员,使其积极参与图书馆的工作进行了初步探讨,为高校图书馆全面实施学生馆员制度提供了参考。The paper introduces the student librarian system established in universities,including the task content,duty and quality of it,analyzes its important meaning and necessity of establishing the student librarian system.The paper discusses how the university library normalizes the management of the student assistants and advances some measures and assumptions for strengthening the management.The author hopes to provide reference for implementation of university librarian.
