能耗模拟在建筑围护结构节能改造中的应用

摘　　要：以上海地区某宾馆建筑为研究对象,为降低能耗拟对建筑围护结构进行改造,有外墙加保温层、屋顶加保温层和外窗贴隔热膜3种改造方案.利用建筑能耗模拟软件对原有建筑及3种改造方案实施后的建筑进行了全年空调能耗模拟,并给出了经济性分析,由分析结果可以看出,采用外窗节能改造方案的经济性最好.With the energy-saving retrofit of a hotel located in Shanghai as the object of the study,three ways are proposed in which building envelope is reconstructed to reduce energy consumption： external insulation of exterior wall,external insulation of roof and retrofit of exterior window.Annual air-conditioning energy consumption is simulated before and after the retrofit by building simulation software,and is analyzed in terms of cost.The analysis result shows retrofit of exterior window is most economical.
