摘　　要：研究了不同催化剂体系中对羟基苯甲酸异丁酯的合成,并对合成条件进行了优化.实验结果表明,以一水合硫酸氢钠为催化剂,同时添加少量活性炭,可获得高收率、高品质的对羟基苯甲酸异丁酯.最佳反应条件为:一水合硫酸氢钠2.0 g,活性炭0.25 g,异丁醇与对羟基苯甲酸的摩尔比为3︰1,反应时间5 h,对羟基苯甲酸异丁酯的收率高达90.7%.The synthesis of isobutyl p-hydroxybenzoate over different catalysts was investigated,and the optimal synthetic condition was determined.The results showed that isobutyl p-hydroxybenzoate with high yield and high quality could be achieved over sodium bisulfate monohydrate catalyst in the presence of a small quantity of active carbon.When the amount of sodium bisulfate monohydrate was 2.0 g,the dosage of active carbon was 0.25 g,mole ratio of isobutyl alcohol to hydroxybenzoic acid was 3.0,and reaction time was 5 h,the highest isobutyl p-hydroxybenzoate yield of 90.7% could be attained.
