摘 要:阐述低温甲醇洗系统中甲醇/水分离系统在焦炉气合成氨工艺流程中,气体净化工段的现状,并提出改造方案。改造方案采用热再生塔一部分贫液作为甲醇/水分离塔的回流,甲醇/水分离塔塔顶甲醇蒸汽可以直接通往热再生塔作为汽提介质,并根据焦炉气组分复杂的特点,在甲醇/水分离塔适当位置侧线采出一部分杂醇。模拟结果表明,改造方案可较好的解决甲醇/水分离塔塔顶指标不合格的问题,减少杂醇积累并降低系统的热负荷。The status of methanol/water separation system in Rectisol employed in the gas purification section for the process of ammonia synthesis with coke oven gas as feedstock is described and the scheme for retrofit suggested in which a part of lean liquid from the heat regenerator is taken as a reflux to the methanol/ water separator whereas the methanol vapor from the tower top may directly be routed to the heat regenerator as a stripping medium; considering the components of coke oven gas being complicated a part of fusel oil is extracted from sideline at a proper location of methanol/water separator;the simulation result shows that the retrofit scheme may better resolve the issue of off-specs of the tower top targets,reduce the accumulaition of mixed alcohols and drop the system heat load.
