摘  要:根据杜84块馆陶油层地质特征、多组分流体相态拟合生成的流体组分数据,结合SAGD数值模拟技术,建立烟道气辅助SAGD数值模拟模型。针对常规SAGD技术进行不改变注汽方式开发效果预测,对注汽井注汽进行了可行性分析。模拟结果表明,注汽井注汽较原方式提高采收率8个百分点;针对烟道气辅助SAGD技术,进行蒸汽/烟道气伴注可行性分析,对蒸汽/烟道气注入比和注入总量进行优选,最终优选烟道气和蒸汽总注入量为75 m3/d,注入比为1∶1,最终采收率为47.39%。烟道气辅助SAGD数值模拟结果表明,蒸汽/烟道气伴注对改善SAGD过程中蒸汽腔的扩展及延长SAGD阶段时间效果明显。A numerical simulation model of flue gas assisted SAGD is built based on the geological characteristics of the Du84 Guantao reservoir and the fluid composition data generated from multicomponent fluid phase matching.The development result of conventional SAGD technology is predicted by not changing steam injection process.The feasibility of steam injection is analyzed.The simulation result indicates that the recovery ratio has increased by 8% by alternating injectors than the original process.The feasibility of injecting flue gas together with steam is analyzed for assisting SAGD technology.The injection volume and ratio of flue gas/steam are optimized.The optimized intake volume of flue gas and steam is 75 m3/d,the injection ratio is 1∶1,and the ultimate recovery is 47.39%.The result of numerical simulation of flue gas assisted SAGD indicates that flue gas/steam injection can obviously improve steam chamber expansion and prolong the life of SAGD process.
