摘 要:利用因子分析法对聚合物驱影响因素进行排序,在此基础上,考虑聚合物溶液浓度、聚合物驱油体系用量、注入速度、注采比4个因素,每个因素取3个水平,进行正交试验设计,以采收率增量、吨聚增油量和综合指标为评价指标,优化注聚参数组合。聚合物溶液浓度为1 200 mg/L,聚合物驱油体系用量为600 mg.L-1.PV,注入速度为0.11 PV/a,注采比为1时可达到最优效果。研究结果为SH油田IV油组油藏的聚合物驱开发提供了理论指导和技术支持。There is a variety of injection factors having direct influence on polymer flooding response.Optimization of these factors is critical to polymer flooding program.Factor analysis has been performed to rank these factors.According to the ranking result,four factors including polymer concentration,polymer volume,injection rate and voidage replacement ratio are selected for parameter optimization.For this purpose,a four-factor three-level orthogonal table is employed for experimental design.The combination of polymer injection parameters is optimized with recovery factor increment,incremental oil production per ton of polymer and aggregate index as the evaluation indexes.The best result has been achieved with polymer concentration of 1200mg/L,polymer volume of 600mg/L?PV,injection rate of 0.11PV/a and voidage replacement ratio of 1.The result of this study provides theoretical guidance and technical support for polymer flooding in the IV reservoir of the SH oilfield.
