摘  要:结合流体力学与岩石力学知识,以Mohr-Coulomb岩石破坏准则为基础,建立了考虑地层孔隙流体渗流作用与实际气体达西流动规律的裸眼气井出砂预测模型。利用数学方法解析求解,得出裸眼气井临界井底流压计算公式;引入地层稳定性指数概念,分析了地层孔隙流体压力、地应力、岩石抗压强度对地层稳定性的影响。结果表明,储层地应力增大、地层孔隙流体压力减小、岩石抗压强度减小,临界井底流压增大,地层稳定性指数减小,地层趋于不稳定,易出砂。A prediction model of sand production in openhole gas well has been established based on the Mhor-Coulomb rock failure criterion with consideration of fluid flow through formation pores and the rule of Darcy flow of real gas.A formula of critical bottom hole flowing pressure is reduced for openhole gas well by solving analytical solution.The impacts of pore fluid pressure,terrestrial stress and rock compressive strength on formation stability are analyzed by introducing the concept of formation stability index.The result shows that with the increase of terrestrial stress,the decrease of pore fluid pressure and the decrease of rock compressive strength,the critical bottom hole flowing pressure increases,the formation stability index decreases,leading to unstable formation and sand-prone problem.
