摘  要:目前蒸汽吞吐井采用的电加热及热流体循环工艺,存在能耗大、运行成本高及井下作业复杂等问题。依据热管原理,将机抽井中的空心抽油杆经过加工处理,改制成具有高效传热功能的重力热管,并形成了利用抽油杆柱吸收地热加热井筒新技术。介绍了油井现场制造重力热管式抽油杆柱的操作工艺,依据辽河油区3口试验井资料,分析了该技术的适用条件及影响因素。结果表明:对于油层深度低于1 300 m、油层流体温度为100~120℃、油层条件下原油黏度小于10 000 mPa.s、周期注汽量不低于2 000 m3及产液量不低于15 m3/d(最好在20 m3/d以上)的蒸汽吞吐井,应用该技术可取得加热井筒的好效果。The currently used process of electric heating and hot fluid circulating for cyclic steam stimulation wells has problems of high energy consumption,high operation cost and complex downhole operation,etc.Based on the principle of heat pipe,hollow sucker rod is processed into gravity heat pipe which is highly efficient in heat transfer,thus developed a new technology of absorbing geothermal energy to heat wellbore by sucker rod string.This paper describes in detail the on site manufacturing process of the sucker rod string of gravity heat pipe.The application conditions and influence factors of this technology are analyzed based on the data from 3 test wells in the Liaohe oilfield.The result shows that this technology can successfully heat the steam stimulated wells with the conditions of reservoir depth<1 300 m,reservoir fluid temperature at 100~120℃,reservoir oil viscosity <10 000 mPa·s,cyclic steam injection volume ≥2 000 m3,and mass production ≥15 m3/d(over 20 m3/d would be best).
