摘  要:以2-甲酰基-8-乙酰氧基喹啉和对氯苯胺为原料、以无水乙醇为溶剂,制得2-甲酰基-8-乙酰氧基喹啉缩对氯苯胺Schiff碱,再以硼氢化钠为还原剂将其还原得到2-(4-氯-苯胺甲基)-喹啉-8-醇。通过FTIR对所得仲胺进行了表征,并通过X-射线单晶衍射测得其晶体结构。结果表明,该化合物为平面分子,属于斜方晶系P空间群;晶胞参数分别为:Mr=284.73,a=4.858(2),b=9.768(4),c=28.023(11),α=90°,β=90°,γ=90°,Z=4,最终的一致性因子R=0.0553。The condensation of 2-formyl-8-acetoxyquinoline and p-chloroaniline was obtained using the 2-formyl-8-acetoxyquinoline and p-chloroaniline as the raw materials in the solvent of ethanol at the room temperature.And the condensation was reducted to be 2-[(4-chloro-phenylamino)-methyl]-quinolin-8-ol in the existence of sodium borohydride in ice water.The 2-[(4-chloro-phenylamino)-methyl]-quinolin-8-ol was characterized by FTIR,and its structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction.The results showed that the objective compound was planar molecular and belonged to orthorhombic P.The parameters of the unit cell were: Mr=284.73,a=4.858(2),b=9.768(4),c=28.023(11),α=90°,β=90°,γ=90°,Z=4,and the final consistent factor R=0.0553.
