摘　　要：论述完善林业合作经济组织的重要性,归纳和总结了现有林业合作经济组织模式的局限性。对现有的各种合作经济组织模式的效率进行了分析,通过林业合作经济组织内的主体利益合作关系的博弈分析,提出了构建林业股份合作制企业的新型模式及发展完善林业合作经济组织的一些对策和建议。Expounds the importance of perfecting the Forestry Cooperative Economy Organization,and concludes the limitations of the existing organization mode of Forestry Cooperative Economy;Meanwhile it engages in analytical research of efficiency for all kinds of modes.Through the game analysis of the cooperative relationship among main body interests of the forestry cooperative economic organization,it puts forward a new mode of structuring forestry joint-stock cooperative enterprises.Finally,it gives some strategies and suggestions about the development of the new mode for forestry cooperative economic organization.
